Update September 14, 2022: Ahead of the imminent release, more retailers have announced they’ll be carrying the Nike Air Max 1 ‘Hemp’!

Nike are digging deep into the archive for their latest Air Max 1, giving the ‘Hemp’ colourway its first-ever reissue! Air fans around the globe have been psyched for this resurrection, with rumours of the return circling as far back as January.

Originally, the Air Max 1 ‘Hemp’ released circa 2004, and the 2022 edition boasts some slight changes with a refreshed, modernised look. The most obvious shift is the Swoosh, which has had its colour altered slightly and has been given an underlay texture that’s much smoother on the newer version. Other than that, suede remains along the rest of the upper, with leather side branding and an embroidered heel logo.
