Travis Scott’s Air Jordan 1 Low ‘Reverse Mocha’ is a Record-Breaking Shoe

Travis Scott is no stranger to creating a hype storm in the sneakersphere. Since he began collaborating with Nike and Jordan Brand a number of years ago, not only have his drops been met with major anticipation, but they end up selling out with the quickness and becoming near-on impossible to buy afterwards. Now that he’s returned to the sneakersphere, Scott has never garnered more attention, especially thanks to the Air Jordan 1 Low ‘Reverse Mocha’.

Back in July, Scott would open up an initial release for the pairs via his own website. While it was expected that many would try their chance at copping pairs, it turns out that 2.4 million actually tried to score! And according to the latest fiscal report from Nike, there’s more where that came from. Following Nike’s conference call discussing first-quarter results from 2023, according to Complex, company president and CEO John Donahoe declared that 3.8 million entries were made for the ‘Reverse Mocha’ via the SNKRS app, breaking the record for most member entries ever.
