Since many sneaker lovers are expecting the Nike Air Max 97 to arrive in its original form, the brand has decided to bring Christian Tresser’s world famous design with a fresh new look. The latest reinterpreted version of the iconic silhouette sports “The Mighty Swooshers” style.

Nike Air Max 97 Mighty Swooshers Arrive With Polka Dot Detailing On Top
After releasing graphic renders of the Nike Air Jordan 1 Low and Nike Air Force 1 in previous years, the shoemaker has now unveiled its comic book-inspired edition of shoes, dubbed the Nike Air Max 97 “The Mighty Swooshers”.
The sneakers have comic-inspired detailing on the upper and sole, with the former sporting plenty of dots in blue and red shades. Polka dots run across the upper in thin stripes, while red dots are concentrated on the side rails of the shoes.
Sock liners nod to the iconic superhero team, while pull tabs on the top of the tongues and flap, for example, combine comic book-inspired lettering to recreate the Air Max logo . These bright yellow pull tabs are emblazoned with “Air Max!” and “!?” details.
Contrasting insoles with sci-fi inspired legends like “The Battle of Dimension” and “Nike And The Mighty Swooshers” are also highlights of these kicks.
Additionally, the black laces are adorned with white spots throughout. The new look of the Air Max 97 is completed with full-length Air units painted in a striking yellow hue.
Midsoles will be imprinted with “SWOOSH!” typography placed on glassy air bubbles of Air units.

Alongside the aforementioned Air Max 97, the brand is also gearing up for a wider launch of the two new Nike KD 15 colorways. pair.
Paisley prints are featured on the Psychic Purple/Dark Marina Blue palette, including a textured exterior on the 3D printed heels and a low profile and exterior cage for added stability. Lastly, it features full-length Zoom Air cushioning and Cush foam.
The other colorway will be the Nike KD 15 “Community”, available from July 27th. Go get these pairs for $160 per pair. The upper of the KD 15 shoe is fashioned with a smooth, airy mesh in a coral pink colourway. A pigmented TPU overlay completes the base and serves as the space, where the signature Nike Swoosh sits.
The Swoosh appears to be made using a Light Pink color that balances out the Air Zoom logo placed on the White midsole. In addition, the shoe has a silky wavy surface on the back. The tongues and footbed have KD markings. Lastly, the sneaker is finished with a marbled outsole.
