Release Date! AMBUSH x Nike Air Force 1 ‘Pickle Rick’ and ‘Sonic’

Update December 2, 2022: A release date for the AMBUSH x Nike Air Force 1 ‘Sonic’ aka ‘Game Royal/Vivid Sulfur’ and the ‘Pickle Rick’ aka ‘Pine Green/Citron Tint’ are here! You can expect to see a full global release for both colourways on December 16.

Update November 14, 2022: AMBUSH co-founder Yoon Ahn has teased her new green Nike Air Force 1 collaboration on Instagram during a visit to the Nike campus. Check them out above ahead of the yet-to-be-announced release.

Update October 25, 2022: Images of blue and yellow AMBUSH x Nike Air Force 1s first began circulating last month. Now, another look at the pair has arrived, including a green iteration. Keep it locked to SF for more updates!

AMBUSH founder Yoon Ahn is among the women leading the charge in the modern sneakersphere. This year, Ahn’s AMBUSH has focused on bringing back Nike’s Air Adjust Force, releasing in a duo of colourways. The 90s baller sneaker features a FitWrap strap, making the pairs customisable and perfect for today’s fashion-centric crowds. While more pairs of the AMBUSH x Nike Air Adjust Force are already expected to release, Ahn has already teased her next project with Team Swoosh.

AMBUSH is looking to collaborate on the classic Nike Air Force 1 model – not surprising, as the AF-1 is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year. @wxj6550822 has already shared a first look at two sample pairs in alternating black and white. Each has been embellished with AMBUSH’s signature extended Swooshes.
